Glamorous finale to 10 eventful days in Berlin
Berlin’s biggest cultural event came to a glamorous end last Saturday with the announcement that the Chinese film „Black Coal, Thin Ice“ had won the “Golden Bear”. For ten days the 64th Berlinale gave expression to the creative strength and diversity of the cinema today and celebrated the world’s best films and filmmakers.
Glashütte Original – again official Partner of the Berlinale - looks back on a successful and exciting time in Berlin in the fourth year of its partnership.
The Glashütte Original Lounge, situated in the “Panoramapunkt” café at the top of the Kollhoff Tower, proved very popular again this year, offering filmmakers, festival partners and journalists from around the world an impressive view of the red carpet and fascinating moments in the “Him & Her” exhibition—for a total of 111 hours over the course of ten days.
