The crown is finely fluted and adorned with the brand’s signature Double-G logo. A black Louisiana alligator leather strap, a grey or blue synthetic fabric strap, or a stainless steel bracelet with fine adjustment mechanism ensure a secure fit on the wrist.

The hand-crafted dial with delicate silver graining has laser-cut galvanic black indexes, fine minute numerals and a slender railroad chapter ring. The characteristic Panorama Date finds a harmonious place within the dial at 4 o’clock. Blued, pear-shaped hands and a filigree seconds hand complete the classic overall appearance of this elegant timepiece.

Glashütte Original’s signature Panorama Date is based on two concentric display discs mounted on the same plane. The two numerals comprising the date can thus be read easily at first glance, unobstructed by a vertical separation bar. Thanks to its “jumping date” mechanism the date change takes place punctually at midnight.

The award-winning movement Calibre 36 with automatic winding was developed with the demands of modern living in mind. A silicon balance spring delivers exceptional accuracy, and the optimised spring barrel offers a power reserve of more than 100 hours at a frequency of 4 Hertz.
