Our historic legacy
Glashütte Original’s roots run deep. When the first master watchmakers established themselves in Glashütte more than 170 years ago, they were fulfilling their dream of having an independent Saxon watch industry. As the legitimate successor of these founding fathers, Glashütte Original today preserves their artistry, and takes their visions into the 21st century.
